This was one of Edgar Allan Poe's houses during his 6 six years in Philadelphia (1838-1844), which has been called his most prolific period. During which he published 31 stories including "The Tell-Tale Heart" & The Murders in the Rue Morgue" not to mention where he drew inspiration for "The Raven". Another very powerful & surreal experience to wander the rooms that Poe once lived along with his wife Virginia, his mother Maria Clemm & their cat, Catterina 🖤🥂
